Unlike Manchester’s soaring rents, Wigan offers more accessible costs, enabling businesses to invest in growth rather than overheads. This affordability is vital for start-ups and scale-ups looking to thrive.
Supporting this momentum, local councils and economic development teams are actively fostering business networks, providing grants, and improving support services.
